Thank you for shopping at My Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of pet accessories. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@sultanapetstore.com with photos of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately at contactus@sultanapetstore.com if you wish to cancel.
